Dr. Maguire is the Program Director of the Emergency Medicine Residency Program at Rutgers Health/Community Medical Center since 2021. She has served as the Osteopathic Director of Emergency Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center from 2009-2018. She has also held the position of Emergency Medicine Clerkship Director from 2009-2020. She continues to work as an attending physician at Community Medical Center. Dr. Maguire is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Robert Woods Johnson Medical School and New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her areas of interest and and research include: resuscitative medicine, medical education, and Bioethics. She was the physician leader at Newark Beth Israel for Moderate Therapeutic Hypothermia and has lectured often on the topic. She is a board member of the New Jersey Chapter of the American College of Emergency Medicine.
